Tuition Assistance & Scholarships

Children’s Garden offers tuition assistance and can also help families understand how to apply for Indiana’s Child Care Development Fund, commonly known as CCDF vouchers. To apply, follow these four steps:

  1. Apply for CCDF Vouchers. Apply online through the FSSA portal.

  2. Get on the Waitlist. Completing the application puts you on the waitlist for CCDF vouchers. The program will contact you if you receive a voucher.

  3. Submit Confirmation to Children’s Garden. Once you submit your application, send us a screenshot of your confirmation email.

  4. Complete the Tuition Assistance Form. Finally, complete our tuition assistance form (below).

How to ApplY for CCDF Vouchers

  1. Visit EarlyEdConnect.FSSA.IN.gov

  2. Click Apply for CCDF

  3. Create a Login.gov account using your email address and a password

  4. Check your email and verify your email address within 24 hours

  5. Create your Login.gov password

  6. Choose an authentication method for your account

  7. Once your Login.gov account is complete, you will be redirected back to Early Ed Connect

  8. Click Apply for Assistance

  9. During the application, select Children’s Garden in Flora as your child care provider

  10. Check your email frequently for voucher information, forms, and signatures needed to complete the process

Families are responsible for completing the CCDF application and responding to any follow-up requests from the state.
