  • Medication Order and Medical Action Plan, if your child has a chronic or emergency medical condition

  • Physical Exam and Immunization Records, due within 30 days after enrollment

  • Enrollment Contract

  • Breastmilk Procedure Consent Form, if applicable

  • Safe Sleep Policy

  • Feeding Plan, signed by a medical professional

Enrollment Process

To begin the enrollment process: 

  1. Schedule a tour. Families are encouraged to schedule a tour before beginning the enrollment process. A tour gives you the opportunity to visit our center, meet our team, ask questions, and learn more about our classrooms.

  2. After your tour, you can complete the registration form through Brightwheel. A $50 one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required when submitting the form.

  3. When a space becomes available for your child’s age group and schedule, a member of our team will contact you to complete the enrollment process.
