2026 Tuition Rates
✿ Infant Care (Ages 6 weeks–12 months)
Full Pay Rate: $6.50/hour
✿ Toddler Care (Ages 13 months - 3 years)
Full Pay Rate: $6.00/hour [to qualify for the toddler rate, children must be transitioned off of bottles during care]
✿ Preschool Care (Ages 3 years – Kindergarten)
Full Pay Rate: $5.25/hour [toileting assistance fee applies to children not toilet independent and needing additional support]
Tuition is calculated based on your child’s age group, hours of care, number of days enrolled, and any applicable discounts or tuition assistance rates. Check out the income verification form to see what your family may qualify for!
Tuition is enrollment based and due regardless of attendance including illness, holidays, and occasional school closures.
Discounts and Additional Fees
The following discounts and fees may apply:
10% sibling discount for multiple children enrolled
This discount does not apply to school-age care.15% full-time care discount for children enrolled Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Early and late care fees do not apply to full-time care! Not applicable for half day enrollment.School-age care is offered to siblings of enrolled children and staff children. Other school-age care may be available depending on space. Bussing is available from Delphi and Carroll.
Drop-in care may be available for an hourly charge and additional fee of $0.25 per hour, subject to classroom availability.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Families may choose from available drop-off and pick-up times based on classroom availability and staffing. Limited care spaces are available before 7:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.

Tuition Assistance & Scholarships
Children’s Garden offers tuition assistance and a sliding fee scale to be accessible to families of all income levels. We can also help families understand how to apply for Indiana’s Child Care Development Fund, commonly known as CCDF vouchers. To apply, follow these four steps:
Complete the Income Verification and Tuition Assistance Form. Complete our tuition assistance form (below).
Apply for CCDF Vouchers. Apply online through the FSSA portal.
Get on the Waitlist. Completing the application puts you on the waitlist for CCDF vouchers. The program will contact you if you receive a voucher.
Submit Confirmation to Children’s Garden. Once you submit your application, send us a screenshot of your confirmation email.
How to ApplY for CCDF Vouchers
Click Apply for CCDF
Create a Login.gov account using your email address and a password
Click Apply for Assistance
Check your email frequently for voucher information, forms, and signatures needed to complete the process
Families are responsible for completing the CCDF application and responding to any follow-up requests from the state.
